Mid-day parking in Elizabeth on a business day? (authority, park)

I need recommendations on where to park in Elizabeth around lunchtime on a business day.

I need to be near the intersection of Route 27 and Broad Street. I need a lot where I will find parking, I can't afford to miss this appointment.

I've looked at the interactive map on the website of the Elizabeth Parking Authority and lots #2 (Commerce Place) and #10 (N. Broad and Morris) appear promising. Does anyone know what capacity is like at those lots?

Any other suggestions are welcome.

You should find ample parking in both of those lots and they would be close to your destination.
