We need to relocate to NJ in the next couple of weeks and are in the process of looking for nice apartment complexes.
My husband's new office is in mid-town Manhattan while mine is in Kendall Park, NJ. Could you please recommend some good apartment complexes and towns? I have tried to list down some points we are keeping in mind while we search for apartments:
1. Easy access to train station and a train commute time of a max of 45 min
2. Safe neighborhood
3. Close to parks and libraries
4. Within 30-45 minutes of driving time to Kendall Park
5. A max of $1600 rent for a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment
