New Jersey currently has 37,000+ people here with temporary H1B visas. After Trump shuts down most of the program which has taken so many of our jobs here, hopefully the rental market will return back to normal levels.

Most buyers in NJ are 1) people moving from NYC , 2) new immigrants.

Or if the bill introduced by Lofgren passes, then H1B holders will get a minimum of $130k and the rental prices will go up even more. You better lobby for that bill to be shot down or you won't have a place to live.

That number of people (37,000) represents less than half a percent of the population in NJ.

Finally an end to Americans-last attitude from the elitists and left. Up until this point, it's been "we'll s**ew over you guys, help foreigners as much as possible, and make you pay for it! While we call you racist!"

I don't see illegal immigrants moving into high rent areas, but hey, if you need to believe that to help you justify your own shortcomings in life then by all means, carry on.
