Disqualification questionnnnn (unemployment, company, payment)

Hello,

So I was employed for 2 years until July 15th 2016 and started claiming and received benefits for 6 months.

That claim ended in January and I finally found a job in May and unfortunately it didn't work out and I was let go by the company towards mid June.

I filed for unemployment and received the amount and everything however had to wait until 08/07 for non monetary interview.

I go online to check the status and it says

Claim Status

You are disqualified until 8/12/17. Please reopen your claim after 8/12/17 by clicking on the File A Claim link.


My question is: will I have to go through the whole non monetary interview again?

Will my base period and amount I am to receive change since it's going to be another claim?

If I start a new claim after 8/12 which means on 8/13, when will I get my first payment?
