Hopewell Township, north of Ewing is a very nice area though a bit desolate for my tastes, but it encompasses both Hopewell and Pennington Boroughs and also includes the communities of Titusville and Mt. Rose. I know it is quite an expensive area, probably the most affluent suburb of Trenton. What I notice that is odd about it is that it was 15.83% black for the 2000 census, but is now only 2.1% black for 2010. Then again this was from wikipedia so it could be wrong.
That aside, I think anything is better in Bucks County, though I would not say there are any towns here that are predominantly black and particularly well off. Morrisville is not really a nice place, so then maybe extreme NE Philly might be a decent place to look. I also wouldn't rule out Willingboro in neighboring Burlington County, NJ. It was Jersey's Levittown and now it is something like 70% black.
