I had a customer order a dumpster for Newark. She didn't have room to fit it in her driveway, so she called for street placement permit information. She was told that its $350! to get the permit, and a security deposit of $500 was required as well in case of damage. I figured she had made a mistake and called for myself and was given the same information! Can this possibly be correct? I'm assuming the person working in permits was just mistaken. The whole dumpster was going to only cost $465! how can they justify such an excessive permit fee?
How can you tell the difference between the dumpster you ordered and the rest of Newark?
I guess those rules only apply to Newark, but let’s just forget about Jersey City, Chicago or NYC.
The development across NYC spans 5 boroughs and impacts millions of people. NYC is the safest big city in America. Jersey City has had development across most of the city with the exception of neighborhoods on the south side. You're kidding yourself if you think Newark is anywhere close to being on par with these places. Chicago is a war zone, so maybe they have something in common with Newark.
