Are there townhouses that have yards for pets or would we be better off looking for a single family house?

The townhomes I know with yards aren't fenced, if that's an issue.

There are some with small yards. My sister has a townhouse in Marlboro with a yard that's around 12' deep.

When I lived in Princeton I had a townhouse (a big one), with a lovely fenced (actually it was a brick wall) yard. But these homes aren't cheap!

Well, the places in Princeton aren't for you, then - they start at around $800,000 now.
