Homes on Golf Courses in Northern NJ? (Scotch Plains, Lincoln Park: homeowners association, condo)

This may be a bit further-afield for you, but Hemlock Farms--a gated community that is open to all age groups--has a number of homes bordering its golf course. It is located in Pike County, PA.
Also, the last time I played at Edgewood Country Club in River Vale, they had plans to convert 9 of the 27 holes into a golf course community, leaving an 18 hole course for playing. That was a couple of years ago, so I would imagine they are probably built, or in the process of building.

As of today, they are still golfing on 27 holes at Edgewood CC. It still might be in front of the planning board in River Vale.
