Anyone have experience going to the Clifton office? Is it best to get an appointment, or can they usually see people that drop in? My experience is with an office in South Jersey, where it was not a problem getting in to see someone. But since North Jersey is more populated, I was wondering if maybe it was more crowded. (Clifton is very close to my brother's residence and he is the one I will be going to the office with.)
Also, were the people there polite? I read some not-so-good reviews and some good reviews of this office, so I'm curious what anyone on C-D's experience was. Thank you!
Get an appointment. The few times that we had to go to the one in Neptune, we were taken at our appointment time. They were more than helpful.
