Is Diversity a bad thing?

As much as we may not like it, minorities have a much larger percent of poor people than white people. Thus, if there is a large population of minorities, the more likely you are to find bad or poor areas. But if you find a city where everyone was rich with a lot of diversity, it would make no difference that there were minorities there.
