He says he can't find anyone to do the work, because he's calling residential contractors who want to just do asphalt, since they haven't got a clue how to do metal- because as I said, it's extremely uncommon in NJ- hence the problem he's having. If/when he calls some commercial contractors, he'll see what it really costs, if he can find someone who's even willing to do a small residential roof.
