Help! Need party hall in Middlesex,Union or Essex Cty (rent, houses)

Hello, all.

I'm new here and hope you can help me. I'm throwing my daughter a sweet 16 b-day gala, but we're not going to be throwing it MTV style. Therefore I'm looking for a hall where we can bring in our own catering ( I have a great caterer) and just can rent the hall. But I'm looking for something nice, you know, not the old, paneled, musty type VFWs but something a little nicer, more modern. Anybody know of anything?

I would appreciate any help and thanks in advance.

The Galloping Hill Inn in Union NJ is pretty nice. They now allow you to bring in an outside caterer.

I was going to suggest either some Fire Houses that rent out their hall or someplace like Glen Riadge Women's Club.
