I'll tell you what: I'll give the man credit for proposing this budget during an election year. This man has quite a set of brass balls. There are not too many other governors during an election year that would propose eliminating the deduction altogether.

This budget will ultimately be compromised upon, because too many in the Senate and Assembly will have their re-elections jeopardized.
