Ok I made it to the Fairway in Paramus and the verdict is (buy)

Highly overrated! I was not impressed. First off layout sucks. The same items that usually are together are spread out in too many places. The bakery was lousy. I did buy an aged steak (strip) so we will see if that is any good. I am not impressed. I would much rather take my 100 dollars and buy less of higher quality things. Maybe I am missing something but I just did not like what I tried.

I wasn't impressed either - except with the organic stuff - especially organic produce. Nice selection and really good prices (I am comparing to Whole Foods). In fact all of their organic stuff (not just produce - dairy, meat, etc) is much cheaper than Whole Foods or even Stop & Shop. They also have a huge Kosher department (for those who are interested), which very few supermarkets have.
