If you know anything about the CO-OP Plateau Gardens in Fort Lee, Anderson Ave, please do share. I think it's the cheapest co-op in this vicinity. I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom "garden apartment" style Co-op styles under $150K (i know i'm really narrowing my search). Also with low maint. I also found some garden apartment co-ops in Englewood, 190 Kickerbocker (??). Does anyone know anything about this co-op? Does anyone know of affordable Co-op / Condo in Palisades Park, Leonia, Ridgefield, Ridgefield Park, Fort lee?? Not high rises, i like those garden apartments. Thanks All... This is a great forum....
