Thoughts on Summit, and also the development of townhomes near the center of the city (I think they are called Summit Square), much appreciated. I'm looking for feedback on the atmosphere, diversity, schools, walkability, etc. Thanks!

Walk ability isn't so how, you'll be almost a mile to stores and shops, you should own car.

Here is a link to the complex builders site, the complex was built in 2006 so if you want to know if any units are available give me a buzz, I don't advise calling any builder directly otherwise you'll never get Realtor representation, they won't allow it.
