Default Woodbridge Motels
Was driving up Route 1 and as usual noted the large number of motels on Route 1 in Woodbridge -from chain to old/sleazy.

I just realized that rather than ask myself why (yet again) I'd throw it out to the board. Why so many? Because of the jail?

There was some talk about renovations in the paper sometime ago, but I see nothing. Probably, some very powerful ethnic group has a hold on it?

I would assume proximity to the interstates, parkway, and turnpikes. I would also assume when they were built they were good for people that worked in the city. Now there only good for Craiglist butans and welfare housing.
Just my two cents and thoughts.
