I am still on my exhausting search for a place here are some of the latest addresses I was curious about: 168 Williams Ave. Jersey City, 100 Maple St. Jersey City(I am pretty sure this one is a bad area, but it can't hurt to ask), 141 Booraem ave Jersey City, 154 Ave F Bayonne, 42 West 56th st Bayonne, 405 Hamilton st Harrison, 203 Harrison ave Harrison, or 78 Pamrapo ave Jersey City. Does anyone know anything about these areas?[SIZE=2][SIZE=5]

I can only comment on the Jersey City addresses since I am not as familiar with Bayonne or Harrison.

Williams Ave. and Maple St. - definitely No
Booraem Ave. - could be ok
Pamrapo Ave. - not the greatest part of town, but the street itself could be fairly decent

Are you looking for a Condo? If so what price range because that can make difference on where to look. Different areas have differents price because property value is dependent on neighborhood.

My price range is $1300 or less and we need at least a 2 BR. I would like to stay lower than $1300 tho. It doesn't matter what type of place it is (condo, apartment, house, town house, duplex, low rise, high rise, etc.) as long as it is not a bad area.
