Real Estate Agent Recommendation Needed - Bloomfield Area (Montclair, Nutley: for sale, attorney)

Hello - hoping someone can help me with a recommendation for a real estate agent who handles the Bloomfield area (Montclair, Glen Ridge, Nutley OK). We are planning to put our 2 family home up for sale in the spring but would like to get an idea of what the property is worth and what fixes might be needed now before the winter starts. If anyone has had a good experience with a sales agent who handles this area, please send me a direct message with their info.

Can't believe I haven't gotten any responses - figured at least a few realtors would have sent me a message. Let's try this again - if anyone can offer a realtor rec for the Bloomfield area, I would really appreciate it. If not, how about if anyone has had any experience with ReMax Village Square in Montclair with selling their home - good or bad.

I personally do not know any but I would be more than happy to call one of my companies offices in the area and ask for them recomend one of their top agents for you.
