Steve, yes he was in MTMC. Today take him back to the Ear, Nose , and Throat specialist for a checkup. Did you see their new campus being built on Medical Parkway? There are part of St Thomas and Baptist, great hospital!

A great hospital that is part of St. Thomas. The new complex will be even better. I bet some people here think a TN hospital looks like MASH. HAHA! Little do they know. My best wishes for your son!
Curious reading this--exactly what is a "bonus room"? I have never heard that term.
A bonus room is a spare room (sometimes finished and sometimes unfinished) usually above your attached garage. When finished, it can make for a great den, extra bedroom, office, playroom or anything else you want it to be. Before moving out of NJ, I never heard of a bonus room.
***I know this wasn't a specific NJ question, but please forgive my desire to answer an innocent inquiry.****

I can just picture what passes for a doctor in Tennessee..."Hey MAWWW!!! Git me some er dat eye of newt 'n goat tail hair, I gotta make me some med-u-sun fer these here city slickers!!!"
A "big hospital" in Tennessee is anyplace that has a big enough door for a gurnee to get through and is painted white. The inside of a Tennessee hospital is filled with bugs and other weird things in jars for their back-country "medicine", a moonshine still, and a few overweight hicks with EMT patches acting as doctors. But the most important part of a Tennessee hospital is the helipad, since they have to airlift 80% of their patients to a real hospital in a civilized state like Ohio or Indiana.
The other 20% of the patients are all in the maternity ward, which is conveniently located across the street from the high school, which is where most pregnant Tennessee women are when they go into labor.

Well, that would come in handy if there's a guy named "The Fonz" who is looking for a place to live.
Usually a room built above the garage on a one story home....many builders give you this option when you are buying new construction
In Homes like Mine, the Bonus room is not over the Garage. There I have a Walk in Attic. My bonus room, sometimes called a Media room is part of the upstairs of my home. It is 25x30. I have 3 bedrooms up, a dedicated office, 2 baths, plus a large bonus room, which has a trey ceiling. The bedrooms up have Cathederal ceilings. The Master Suite is downstairs.
Most newer construction here has the Master Suite on the first floor so if you can't climb steps anymore, you can get to your bedroom
I'm not bragging, just stating how it is. It would cost close to a Mil in Manalapan, and more in North Jersey. I bought it just under what I sold house for in NJ. I sold that house at double what I paid for it, but in LI on second house, i sold that for triple. The first on LI I received double. I guess its timing how much you get, just lucky.

It's not something you'll find in NJ. It's an extra room that comes in a mansion in a state like Tennessee. In the picture below, it's the small white room that's added to the top right of that mansion in Franklin, TN.
BONUS ROOM is on the right, upper level (above the room with the greenish-yellowish stripes)

My daughter had someone she knew that got pregnant in Manalapan, when in HS. They wisk them off so all the rest of the students don't see to a school for that purpose. Its like ancient times. The girl made a mistake. Here they let them stay in class.
As far as our hospitals in the Nashville area , many medical conventions are held here because of our health care. In NJ if you are really sick, you go to NY OR Philly, because the hospitals in NJ are not equiped. I know someone in NJ going to the Fox Chase Cancer center in Philly., and someone also going to University of PA hospital for a condition her husband has.
Here in Nasville my doctor is affiliated with Vandebilt. Vanderbilt University Medical Center
