A “Committee to Recall U.S. Senator Robert Menendez,” sponsored by the Sussex County Tea Party has announced plans to launch an effort to recall Senator Robert Menendez from his position in office. Helping to lead the charge is New Jersey Tea Parties United, the state's grass-roots coalition of county and regional Tea Party groups representing several thousand members in support of fiscal responsibility, individual liberty and limited government.
I for one would be thrilled to see him go. He basically supports a wide open immigration policy. I have written and faxed him many times and get the same old Mod cut. Ditto Lautenberg.

The Trial Lawyers association, a major supporter of the senator would be disappointed. Maybe some other lobby would step in and take up the cause for a new candidate. Which looby would be most friendly to NJ voters?
I'd like to know what kind of deals he and Lautenberg were able to do for us with all of the health care bill finagling and back-room deals that went on.
Rightly or wrongly, I'm looking at some of these other states as having seasoned pros looking out for their constituents.
We're as Dem as Dem can be in NJ so for once I'd like to know that our guys are looking out for us NJ'ians, not sitting on their asses watching the likes of WV, NE, LA, CT and VT get the sweet deals.
And, I don't want to hear any more of this "NJ is a wealthy state so thats why we don't get......" Mod cut that they throw out from time to time as an excuse.
That's a lame excuse for two NJ politicians who should know how things work in DC. Especially one from Hudson County.
Get to work boys. That's why we're rewarding you.

He is an excellent Senator and is doing a good job. Talk of "recalling" him is just bitter partisanship and rooted in foolishness.
He is corrupt. He rented a house to a charity, well above market value, that was receiving state funding. That is nothing more than accepting a kick back.
He is leading the fight AGAINST normalization of relations with Cuba.
As doc1 said, he voted for a bill that helps other states AT THE EXPENSE of NJ.
what has he done that warrants a recall? i won't give that stupid site in the OP the benefit of my click.
anything run under the guise of a "teaparty" is suspect IMHO.
