Mod cut: NO links to specific properties.


Looking at listings for condo's and came across that.


$49,000 for 2 bedrooms. Similar condo in the area would be like $175,000+

This has $650 a month is other costs (HOA and taxes). Condo would be around $500 a month between tax and HOA fees.


good idea, bad idea? Can you even get a conventional loan?

Bad idea, dont live in a trailer park endless you have to. Also, its probably in the flood zone.
