Remember when they tried to ban hotpants back in about 1973? I could never figure out how they could do that but still allow that little porn theater to operate. I bet somebody was getting paid off to let that stay open.

I was born in 1973 so I don't remember. But I bet your right on the bold part of your quote. I remember when they tried to open a strip club in Las Cruces and the citizens rebelled and published photos of men entering the club in the Sun News.
Hot pants in the 70s were what short shorts were in the 50s and 60s. And get this: besides the ordinance against hot pants if you showed arrousal you could be fined too. There was this corrupt judge back in Alamo back then who's give everybody a hard time. Can't remember his name.

Yeah that's it. Never met the man and glad I never had to. Thanks!
