As you walk through different areas of Historic Old Town you will be able to experience the awesome history of the Native American Era, learn about the founders from the Spanish Era, enjoy mouth watering delicacies and learn how to craft piñatas from the Mexican Era, and listen to live, historic music and see blacksmith demonstrations from the Territorial Era. For the younger crowd there will be a kids area featuring a rock wall, face painting, games and more! So, join us as we go all out to celebrate Albuquerque’s 307th birthday!

A family friendly street festival celebrating Route 66. Central will be closed to traffic
throughout the day and night to celebrate the past and present culture of Historic
Route 66 in Albuquerque. This event will make for a great day with the whole family.
Central Avenue will be filled with live music from the Dirty Dozen Brass Band and
entertainment, car shows, tours of historic Nob Hill, kids' events, arts, sidewalk sales
plus local wine, beer and culinary events.

La Vina Winery's Spring Festival is this upcoming weekend. Lots of great music, particularly blues, some good wine, lots of food and other vendors. Two days of fun just south of Mesilla/Las Cruces
