Corn or flour...Or do you make your own.

I have made my own and will start again this fall as we go thru a lot doing the fall, winter etc. More time inside to do stuff....like finish the interior of the house etc.

Happy trails,

HW

Guerrero's are my favorite, with Roberto's (a local Las Cruces restaurant) not far behind.

Frontier restaurant on Central across from UNM. Flour tortillas made fresh on site. Light, fluffy, melt in your mouth. Throw 'em in a heated frypan, spray a little PAM and toast slightly.Always stock up when in Abq., 3 or 4 dz per trip usually last til next trip. They freeze well.

My favorite flour tortillas are those that I make at home with lard, but they're occasional treats.

I prefer very thin, machine-made corn tortillas to flour, and ABQ Tortilla Co. ones are good!

We love the flour tortillas they make at La Espiga de Oro right here in Clovis. We can watch through the window to see them being made, then bring them home fresh and warm.

Yeah, I forgot about the Frontier. One of the best dining experiences in my lifetime.
