To those that saw the units / moving in. How big is your space approximately? My current 1 bedroom is almost 600sqft, so I'd want to up size, not downsize. Hehe.

This is assuming a one-bedroom even becomes available by the time I renew my lease next year.

Mine is probably just under 700 sq ft. I know that there are a couple that are slightly larger. The "N" units on the upper floors (the only 1BRs with island kitchens) are really big. like 770 sq feet. There are some fairly small (sub 600 sq ft) 1BRs as well.

Finally approved by HDC. I want to ask those who sign the lease or moved already .how long did you wait again after being approved by HDC?

Anybody has any information/insight/eavesdropping on whether there is any $3163 2-bed unit (for income band of 110k+) available?

After the intake interview on 6/23, the agent for my case told me two weeks ago that my application went to the point where BG ran credit check, and is on-hold until the 2-bed unit becomes available. I initially thought I may not have much chance, provided that I have a high log number of 39,xxx but, with BG actually running credit/background check, became hopeful. After all, wasn't there some verbiage in this lottery's marketing material that they will run credit/background check, IF they have an unit available??

Thank you. Congrats to you as well.
I have a question when did you see the unit? Was it the same day as signing your lease and did they give you to choose between couple units?

I'm not sure , but TBH it states in the guidlines that they shouldn't process your check until there's a unit available

I hope they follow that "guideline"

I went to an interview (another lottery) and they checked my credit right there.

Not sure if it's blind optimism but I get the sense they're starting to get their **** together judging by the flurry of good news in this thread. My intake specialist has been on top of communication with me as well, so hopefully this bodes well for applications in process!!
