Housing Lottery Paperwork (Utility Bill NOT in my name?) (apartment, lease)

So I was asked to give paperwork for a housing lottery. The only problem is the utility bill is NOT in my name, its in my roommates name. I have ALL other paperwork, looking for advice, I want to get paperwork in ASAP.

That's what it states on the document list

The utility bill is to show residency. If you're on the lease, that should be sufficient. Mimilove's advice is correct for those who are living with someone else but not on the lease.

I DO rent at my apartment though, my names just not on utilities.

I thought an affidavit of residency was enough to compensate for proof of address turns out my cellphone bill was the preferred document to satisfy the utility request.

The all you need is the lease. Please ask the agent.
