Hey Tianna98899! Long time hun! Alot has happened. I had to re-verify/submit my bank statements and a few other documents again, bank statements for September-December. Once she ( Springleasing specialist) verify everything is the same as before, then I will be signing my lease..I can't wait to move in my 1 bedroom apartment @ 96 new lots ave!. I see you've signed your lease already..CONGRATS TIANNA98899!!!!.. I'll keep you and my thread updated on my lease signing and move-in date.
I moved into my one bedroom on Tuesday. You are absolutely going to love your apartment, tons of storage, closets galore, walk-in closet in bedroom, air conditioners provided in living room and bedroom and the floors are out of this world!

Thank you!!! I also had to send in a few more documents a couple days before I signed the lease too.. Lease signing took a couple hours (it’s about 250 pages) and then I got the keys right after and was able to start moving in my things. I really love it here. Keep us updated!!

I was contacted to submit paystubs and I did the same day, no reply and it's been 1 month ! I reached out multiple times and no one is returning my calls or emails. Idk what to do at this point. Congrats to everyone who got an apartment!

I'm in the same boat. I sent everything the same day. With no update for a month until I contacted HPD, who contacted HDC for me. Now my documents are being reviewed by the agency with no timeline as to when it will move on to HDC to be reviewed. It has been 3 weeks now since they last asked me for updated documents.
My roommate became toxic last month and I had to rush to find a new room. I wish I could have waited for this apartment, but I can't. I don't even know if I'll have the money to move again if I do get the apartment.
