I viewed a X18 with a water view. I was sent the layout plans for at X31 apt that would be in the tower C building. That’s the building directly in front. That layout is a corner apartment so it has more windows and a bigger living room area but smaller bedroom. Only thing about that is that they can’t show you the apartment and say it won’t be ready until March 2023, so I either take the 18 or up to wait till March 2023 but that’s going in blind.
What were the last 2 numbers of the apartment u looked at?
I picked a 1br floorplan X18
I only viewed the 1bdrm just to see. The lady showing me units was very nice to show me all the diff layouts except studio… But I’m going for the 2bdrm. There were 2 layouts X17 and X23 .. one was a water view the other a city view… I’m going for the city view.

I wish I was given the option to wait until March 2023. But it’s def a gamble only seeing a layout and not the actual apartment.
Hi, the building approved my application. I’m wanting for HPD to approve my application. Does anyone know what the overall plan is for the rest of the site the overall. They mentioned “retail space” will there be more stores. Because that area is pretty isolated. But I love the building.

If you don't mind me asking, what made you pick the city view? Were the apartment layouts better in the city view than in the water view?
