From my experience, my HC updated to “Pending- snapshot taken” for Eagle + West. It stayed as pending for a few weeks and then I received a notification to submit documents.

I’m not sure what would have happened beyond this though, as I rejected the unit due to recently accepting another building.

thank you i had a feeling there was a reason it went from 'completed" to back to "pending"

When my application turned to pending, I was emailed to submit documents a few weeks later.

My experience with applications pending is completely different. I’ve had applications pending for well over a year. Snapshot taken and all. Just last month after being pending since 2021 a lottery status changed to no units left and I didn’t even get a request for documentation. This whole process makes no sense to me. I’m still pending on another lottery since 2021 also.

I still have a “pending” application, my snapshot was taken last October…. Still no request for documents. Sadly, the change from applied to pending doesn’t always guarantee you’ll be emailed for documents.

For the unit I’m in now it changed to pending then I got a document request the same day. And some have been pending for over a year. And just today for one building last week it had moved to complete and it said no units left. Today it switched back over to completed and says “snapshot taken”. Maybe someone backed out and now there are units available again.
