@ksade 03/05 sign a new hpd packet with my new unit 03/10 view the apt..03/11 I had to redo my questionnaire from that point on the project manager was waiting on me to get one more last document I sent it in on March 15 and thats when everything went silent I checked my status every night and every morning it changed for me 05/21 9am to review complete. I hope that answer your question. I still haven’t heard back tho.

Yes it was the same for me as well i was also confused about that but no worries you should be hearing back soon from your agent.

Update … 3/25 I got a congratulations approval email and was ask my prefer year lease term and my target move in date. Which I picked 4/1
3/27 I signed my lease.
I’ll like to advice those when you receive your lease read it very carefully I had to revise 3x and I then notice it says you need to make your rent a security deposit at a certain date. I almost made the mistake and waited for an email i signed my lease yesterday 3/27 tonight I read everything carefully it’s a lot to read so dont skim over page 13.
Okay thanks for that heads up cause the excitement definitely would have got the best of me. My application changed to review complete today! Looking forward for what’s next

Even though they had a date for me to drop off the deposits, I still had to wait for management to make the appointment. The date I had was “by” 3/11 and they didn’t give me an appointment to drop them off until 3/20. I do agree to read everything carefully though. It’s a lot in there.
