Has anyone been denied for voucher not covering the amount then provided proof of a augmented voucher? i am hearing that if you have rental assistance and the housing connect unit is above your voucher limit they will approve it? i am not sure if this is true.
Thanks for this definition article. Yet, what's the practical trickle-down within lottery process? Is the process, like another poster points out, for shelter applicants only?

I highly doubt many landlords in 421 buildings are gonna want the extra head ache and paper work to turn the apartments for homeless people coming out the shelter...one of the complaints by landlords are those with city pheps vouchers don't pay on time

they can complain all they want... have of them wouldn't want people of color in their luxury buildings in the first place if it wasn't for the 421 tax exemption.
The voucher is not the issue, it's the holder of the voucher. Just sayin
