Hey do anybody know any real estate or apartments that’s accepting cityfheps vouchers ? Or any type of Zillow website I can call I don’t have much time my voucher expire in may what do I do

Hey try not to worry too much your voucher can be renewed mines expired and got renewed I was told once you have the voucher you have it as long as nothing drastically changes with your income

Ok so even if it says it expire date may 9th they going to extend it or do I have to go over the process again I haven’t obtained the voucher yet all I have is my shopping letter and stuff

It should automatically regenerate in the system. If you have a case manager or housing officer they can print you off a new one with a new exp date they only valid for a few months then a new one with new exp date is given if it dosent regenerate they can put in for it manually

I know. Only Housing Connect will help you. Apply for every listing. Accept any offer. Zillow is good, but once a landlord accepts you, nobody in the city system will process your voucher. It is all about the money train. One hand washes the other. Only Housing Connect will help you. But, they will. Apply for everything, no matter what income. Something will come through. Take it!

Your case manager should be able to print you a new one. I believe the system regenerates it automatically

Yeah because I sent in documents for another apartment and they told me I need to update my shopping letter because it expires in 8 days ugh . Thanks for the information
