Probably for the first time since the 80's, Manhattan has reverted to majority white. 51% of Manhattan residents are non-hispanic white according to latest census estimates.

New York City as a whole remained 35% white.

i think the main boroughs where whites still decrease are staten island , the bronx, and queens.

while whites i think are increasing in both brooklyn(probably steady though), and manhattan.

but i think on a whole note whites are overall decreasing in nyc, as asians, and hispanics share the fastest growth.

no sources just pulling this stuff out over the articles i read in the past 2 years, if im wrong please correct me , thanks

Currently manhattan has a population boom. People across America want to move to Manhattan and start a family. I know for the Bronx the puerto rican population is on a spiral decline. Bronx Puerto Rican decline lead to thr incline of Dominicans in the borough. Black population has stagnated citywide. I wonder how many italians get bored about staten island. Again the current data is all trends and the federal govt has not released current census data.
