Alot of our favorite bands are from NY.. and all the great music we like, without a doubt comes through there. We love to support live music and go to lots of shows.. it's literally the only good and fulfilling thing left to do these days.

There is live music all over the city, if that is what you want to know. Pick up the Village Voice and you will see listings of different bands, singers, etc. in practically every genre of music. Aside from that, you can locate live bands that are not advertised in every borough every day of the week by going through some of the free periodicals that are around the city. Is there some particular style of music that you like?

So, do you reckon there is no music scene here if all of the bands you like are from here and come through here? Where do you think they play? Why would they come here if there were no "scene"?

We have a love for alot of NYC bands. Most from overseas too, but not counting anyone out. I guess its because back in the day the good music scene was coming out of NY, 2001-2004, thats all. I just know it would be nice to know that who ever you like/love is coming through there regardless.
