between Fordham and Kingsbridge Rds between Jerome and University Avenues like? Like Grand Ave and W 192 street, University Ave and 190th/192 street? Aqueduct and W 188th?

Obviously it's very borderline-like, but is it any "better" than farther south? Taking your life in your hands going to the corner store at night?

Not interested in living there, just that I never saw that actual section before

Fordham Manor ? Not sure if it's any better than University Heights.
