I might stay in the nabe (from 140's to 160's area around Bway)..
Just want to know if I commute daily with a car (either to NJ / LI / Westchester, etc, yes tolls suck but work takes care of that portion)..
do you think I'd need a monthly? I just drove around the area and found quite a number of parking spots - much more than midtown or Hoboken and am not opposed to driving around 10 minutes every night when I come home and walking a couple of blocks so I wouldn't have to pay for garage.. the area seems safe west of Amsterdam..
Is it normally this easy to street park up there or was I lucky since most people were at work in 3PM while I was cruising, thanks.
