The rule is usually salary = 48x rent. If you figure out how much you would actually make with the three of you, and keeping in mind that your part time minimum wage jobs need to be steady, let us know, and we can give you a better idea of where you can live.
I'm fairly confident that this is some kind of joke, but let's say all three of you are lucky enough to find a job paying $10 an hour - $30 x 40 hours a week x 52 weeks a year = $62,400 gross. You won't get taxed too much individually so let's say you see $50,000 net collectively. $50,000 / 40 = $1250 max rent per month. You won't even be able to afford a crappy 300 square foot studio for that much in Manhattan.
Your best bet is to go into the depths of Queens or Brooklyn and try to convert a 1 bedroom apartment into 3 separate rooms. It can be done, but you'll just barely be surviving.

My understanding is that the 40x income/rent requirement is before taxes, not after. However, I'm not saying it's a good idea for three people to move here for minimum wage jobs.
Actually I think it's a bad idea. Move to a cheap city if all you can get is a minimum wage job.
DON'T move to Manhattan (especially Manhattan!) if you're fresh out of high school and can only get a minimum wage job. Unless you want to do unskilled labor or work really long hours, then that's fine. But work on your education and come here when you can land a better job.
Why don't you try to go to school? College doesn't guarantee you a job, but I don't know why anyone would try to move to such an expensive city with just a high school diploma. You'll probably be competing with college grads for those minimum wage jobs.

There are even a lot of unemployed grad school students who can't find jobs and THEY have an edge over someone with just a BA/BS.
I suspect the issue wouldn't be what could you afford, but rather, who on earth would want to rent to three 18-year-olds?
As you can tell from the feedback, this isn't a good idea.
