I believe there is a rack at the front of the bus on that route. At least that's what I recall someone telling me when they took the bus to 125th Street to get the Metro-North. I would try to sit close, however, so that you can keep an eye on your bag in the rack.

does anyone know where exactly on 116 and B'way the bus stops? SE corner?

would the bus be full already or would i get a seat it would be very early AM (flight is at 1)

i could take a cab but it's $$$$

I think the NE corner, I once caught it from there around 4am. The 1 was still packed at that time on a Wednesday from the Columbia club goers coming back home.

If you can swing it catch the M60 at the first stop--in front of the Duane Reade at 106th and Broadwy, the NE corner. You will always get a seat.
