Where is a good place for a Fordham student to live? Brooklyn?

Why would you wanna make that kind of commute?
Why not the Bronx, if that's where your school will be?

If you will be in Lincoln Center, can you live in graduate housing? It's always better if you can do that. You would have to compare the costs. It might be cheaper to live in student housing.

The Bronx campus is in Rose Hill. If that's the case, I would check out graduate housing.

Sorry about my reply, I thought the casmpus was in the Bronx.

I guess then Brooklyn is ok.
anyway more info would be needed in terms of budget, ameneties and commute in order to give better pointers.

Since you didn't mention a budget, why not live in the Lincoln Center area? Walk to school.

Inwood might be a cheaper alternative. I can't say with certainty that it's the safest area, but the commute would be decent. Have you checked out student housing at Fordham? I'm not sure how expensive that would be.
