I'm not some yuppie scumf*ck pal. I do eat relatively healthy though. Depending on what you get, that stuff can be not a good friend to your body. The plate that most people get probably has 4 thousand mg's of sodium.
Yes im a big fan. White sauce and hot sauce please. But quality varies a lot. Some are pretty awful. The rafiqui "chain" is pretty consistently good though. Theres also a truck(key word, there are several halal carts in the area but this is a truck) down in financial district thats pretty awesome. Very good falafel there. Its on broadway near wall street, near the park where the occupy wall street was going on. Their hot sauce is hella hot though. Beware.
