Hey again y'all,
So since my last threads I managed to move out and find a much better job. Instead of jumping into buying I've decided to do some renting first. My lease will be ending in a few months and I've been looking at high rises between Downtown Brooklyn and Northern Park Slope. So far I've narrowed my search down to DKLB BKLN and Avalon Fort Greene, though a couple of smaller luxury buildings are also on my radar. I can afford a studio/cheaper 1br at both of these places, so cost is not the issue. I would really like to hear from others about these buildings.

Can anyone who's lived/visited a friend or family at either DKLB BKLN or Avalon FG give me their experiences? Everyone else, what buildings in the area would you recommend?
