They have a permit to put restaurant tables on the sidewalk. I don't think those loud people BBQing on the sidewalk with blaring music playing dominos have a permit. At least the patrons of the restaurant are not pound and blasting music.
I guess if someone has a PERMIT then it becomes a lot easier to walk around the tables and chairs on the sidewalk?
So Consitutional permission is not good enough, but a scrap of paper from some City bureaucrat, undoubtedly bribed, IS enough to allow loitering on a sidewalk.

Of course, people dining at outside tables very rarely, if ever, devolve into the crowd of "wilding" (as one witness described it) - and unsupervised, as ever - adolescents, as happened last night on Frederick Douglass boulevard in Harlem. And in the "gentrified" area, at that. Apparently some sort of "block party" got out of hand. Just before this, as one might expect, we had heard the usual thunderous roar of the stupid little motorbike boys arriving in the area.
As usual, there are no news reports - only the accounts of eyewitnesses. Perhaps one will be forthcoming. If this happened anywhere else but Harlem, there would be numerous stories just hours after.

Who cares what the color of their skin is, it's about rowdy and disorderly conduct. If the culprits can be any race or skin color. If a white boy gets busted for loitering, its no big deal, everyone will NOT call it profiling, no news or press done about it. However, if it's a black person busted for loitering, it's deemed profiling, makes front page news. And people like you KK feed stereotypes like that. Loitering is loitering despite skin color. So stop all the BS profiling talk.
And lets not forget their wolf pack mentality either (hate to even say wolf pack to describe those losers). They act tough when they're with their friends, but when you confront them one on one, they try to BS their way out of the argument like the scared little P****** that they are!
But when you do get that one who does run back up on you and calls your wolf tickets you are selling you throw your tail between your legs and run talking about how ghetto people are..haha
How so? I originally started this thread to discuss the WHITE people that are loitering by my house. How has this even turned into a race discussion?
