Thanks KK. That's the last address I had for them too back in about 2007. Then I moved and fell off the list (smh at myself) now I'm back and I want to start the process over and get back on. I had heard they moved last year, but I will give them a call tomorrow and find out. If it's a different address I will post it so everyone can also have the right address.
@Cballard1220 i received another letter in the mail asking for the same documents as last time, i get there give all of my documents then last week got another letter asking for more documents then today got a letter saying that i'm back on the waiting list?? i dont get it? does that mean i'm denied? if i was flat out denied wouldnt they just say that? also why am i back on the waiting list if my coordinator said she anticipates a vacancy in 2 months?
well i finally heard back from my Mima coordinator who said the reason i was placed back on the waiting list is because the apartment she anticipated for me is for those who qualify for apartments that are at 40% market value, i only qualify for apartments that are at 60% market value.. UGHHHHHH i'm annoyed, confused and exhausted all at once.. Somebody help!!!
Don't waste time to apply if you have bad credit and/or criminal record. They will reject you without hesitation. ALL affordable housing applications follow this rule.
