Thanks KK. That's the last address I had for them too back in about 2007. Then I moved and fell off the list (smh at myself) now I'm back and I want to start the process over and get back on. I had heard they moved last year, but I will give them a call tomorrow and find out. If it's a different address I will post it so everyone can also have the right address.

Default I have a Related Apartment

@Cballard1220 i received another letter in the mail asking for the same documents as last time, i get there give all of my documents then last week got another letter asking for more documents then today got a letter saying that i'm back on the waiting list?? i dont get it? does that mean i'm denied? if i was flat out denied wouldnt they just say that? also why am i back on the waiting list if my coordinator said she anticipates a vacancy in 2 months?

It means she anticipates an opening...hang in there they have lots of buildings

well i finally heard back from my Mima coordinator who said the reason i was placed back on the waiting list is because the apartment she anticipated for me is for those who qualify for apartments that are at 40% market value, i only qualify for apartments that are at 60% market value.. UGHHHHHH i'm annoyed, confused and exhausted all at once.. Somebody help!!!

Do these affordable housing lotteries check credit?? And if you're credit is bad do they

Credit check is one of the first steps of the process.

Don't waste time to apply if you have bad credit and/or criminal record. They will reject you without hesitation. ALL affordable housing applications follow this rule.
