The current list expires feb. 2014. So to have the new list to become active after current one expires, they normally give the test in June. This gives them time to establish the list and have everything finalized. (eg. List numbers, appeals, etc.)
That company that is advertising that has finally resurfaced. They are a scam that prey on people looking for city jobs and from what I can remember you go there and you have to pay a fee for them to help you fill out paperwork. But you still have to do everything on your own on. The only guarantee is that they will attempt to get money from you. They almost got me in the 90's look at the website that don't exist by the way and is (WWW.CourtExams.com) REALLY!!!. Be careful everybody we have been waiting for years but that was a good catch! Somebody send help me Howard or Arnold Diaz from fox to them before they get got!
299 bucks .... really? All you need is the ability to fill out a money order and to set an alarm clock correctly and be willing to not hang out at the club till 4 or 5 am the morning of the test and score a 100 or 105 and u are set
would they stop hiring off the 6063 list even if they called people down for Pre-orientation but didnt get hired because they didnt reach there list # for a class
I wouldn't count on more than 400 more going in from the current list. And that's on the high end.
They should definately hire a few classes before the list expires. Good Luck to everyone whos waiting..
