At FBF for F.E.L certification, October class need more training on some trucks. Asked about new classes was told it looks good hope they call more before the new test.
When you say October class needs more training are you talking about cdl training?
No. We never got certified for F.E.L broom. October class was only at fbf for a week before Sandy hit and we got put in to the field near to where we live. We got otj training for 27 straight days 12 hour a day.

Does anybody know if a DUI would disqualify me from being hired I had one back in 2010 on my regular drivers license before I got my cdl permit
no as long as u have a license now you are good. just make sure you are honest on the paper work that you submit to HR when it comes to DUI, arrests etc... they will not disqualify you but if you dont list it and they find out they could terminate you

not necessarily true....if you have a recent DUI/DWI they may disqualify you....they pulled a couple guys from my orientation class for this reason....when you go to orientation they run a DMV check on your license while you're listening to the HR Director talk about the job....if they call you out of the class then you'll know....I don't know what the magic number is regarding time elapsed between arrest date and hiring process
I had a dwi in 2007 and was hired in 2010. They told me that its not problem as long as its a year after the offense
