Do people think Co-ops are worth the price in BK Heights...? Is it bad to live close to I278 where they are building ONE BROOLYN CONDOS... They area seems real nice over there just curious if people have some experiences...

Haha. Nobody ever pays attention to these numbers. But while hes on that, he can take Route 27 to East New York. Looks like theres some prime waterfront property out there on Jamaica Bay.
