I have a business idea that I'd like get some feedback on

so i have thought about opening a barbershop in Manhattan some where near Washington heights area more specifically around 170 -180 and Broadway area. my question to you is would this be a good idea or do you know of any area on the island in need of a barbershop or any other beauty services.. your feedback would be much appreciated
