That actual intersections is not that bad. Mostly 2 and 3 family rowhouses. Only a block or two away from Queens, where it only gets nicer. Further into Brooklyn gets worse.
That doesn't bother me so long as there are not a lot of teenage scumbags. I don't mean that as having anything to do with Hispanics, I have no love for white or African American or Asian teenage scumbags either.
You can just ignore teenage scumbags. There is likely crime around there, but its not that bad for Bushwick. The actual houses are pretty nice, I'm sure many are in bad shape, but some are probably all redone with the press Bushwick gets lately. Most would consider it the hood.

I wouldn't touch them unless I was willing to sacrifice alot of my safety in exchange for $$$. What are they asking for these things. When I hear L train and Halsey street, visions of the 1980's start to creep in. Not good visions.

I'd guess $1250 for about 1000 sq ft. The stops not that bad now.
