Borough Park, the capital of Orthodox Jewry in America, is 10% Latino and 12% Asian. No blacks for obvious reasons, but other than that, minorities are very comfortable living there.
Depends on how you define Borough Park. The core of Borough Park is about 95% white. (Say, 18th Avenue to 13th Avenue between 45th & 60th Streets). Whatever boundaries got 10% Latino/12% Asian likely included portions of some of the surrounding areas (Sunset Park, Kensington, Bensonhurst)
In any case, there's no neighborhood in NYC that's 100% white. Even Breezy Point is like 3% minority. But if we want to get all technical, there's no neighborhood that's 0% white either.
Brownsville, East New York are extremely close to absolute zero.
There's a lot of areas in the city that are almost 0% white, many neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Queens, and especially the Bronx have practically no white residents. The city overall has an extremely small white population. Staten Island is pretty much the only borough where most neighborhoods have a noticeable white population.

No place in this world is 100% one race, except maybe some very small towns in middle of nowhere. However, I don't consider an area that is over 70% one race diverse, but then again, I don't care for diversity.

There are many places on Long Island that are 99% one race- and these are huge population bases.
The segregation of the school districts creates pretty huge racial divides, and that's where a lot of the population from NYC went 60 years ago.
The majority of the Middle Class South Shore of Long Island hamlets-
Lynbrook, Seaford, Wantagh, Massapequa are almost exclusively white.
I think Seaford is 99.5% white.
Frankly the Town of Oyster Bay as a whole is pretty lily.

But are they living on the same blocks, next to each other, or just in different sections of the same ZIP code?
You could say Williamsburg is a pretty diverse neighborhood--but the Hasidic part is ONLY Hasidic. I'd be shocked it it were much less than 99 percent.

None of those towns are downright 99% white, but most of them are over 90%. These type of places are going to exist. LI as a whole is very white [by NYC Metro standards anyway].

Census Shows Seaford as 99.80 percent white, North Massapequa is 97% white, Wantagh 97%, Old Bethpage 95%.

Those percentages are likely including white Hispanics. I check Seaford and it said 91.4% Non-Hispanic white. 90.8% for N Massapequa, and 92.1% for Wantagh.
